Sentencing in Health and Safety Cases

HSLA Scottish Event will be held at Maclay Murray & Spens, Quartermile One, 15 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, EH3 9EP. 5.45pm registration for start at 6pm followed by drinks at approximately 7.30pm. £20.00 for members and £35.00 for non members. The event will include the following topics: The Health & Safety (Offences) Act 2008 and the Criminal Sanction (Equity Fines) Bill, Sentencing Guidelines for Health & Safety Offences, The sentencing of directors (in particular director disqualification), Health and Safety Sentencing in Australia.
